GALLERY ROW UNVEILING

There's a new arts district in town & to show the city what it's made of, there's going to be a public unveiling this Saturday.  It's free & you can meander through the galleries & check out all the local geniuses at your leisure.  Tons of music, too. www.galleryrow.org.  Thanks go out to the Gallery Row selection committee - especially Kimba & Kjell.

4:00pm - we're playing on the roof-top of the parking garage at 530 Spring St.
10:00pm - show #2 at the Inshallah gallery parking lot at 4th & Main.  If all goes as planned, Derock's new van (aka our new Peak Show mobile hooptie) will be getting a live paint job by some phat graffiti artist - the damn thing neeeeds it! ;)

The Peak Show at Club Bingo!

Our dear friend Xavier was so inspired by our parties, that he's begun to throw his very own.  His space is equally phenomenal & they even serve hot dogs on the roof.   There's a Star Tours-esque screening room where the bands are simultaneously broadcasted while playing, an opium den, a ridiculously difficult free arcade game (that I'd never heard of before I was sucked into its vortex), and we'll be there, too.  This show gets my personal recommendation.  Blood Sugar will also perform.  4151 South Main St. Unit X. Los angeles Ca. 90037 for info call 323 233 3285. All Ages. $10 or less - don't know.  Show up around 10:00pm.

PEAK SHOW PARTY # 875,423.01!

Featuring THE PEAK SHOW, MOTHER TONGUE and SPIGGA

You know what we do.  It's no secret.  But this time we'll be joined by L.A. legends Mother Tongue www.mothertongue.net.  Not only are they total stars, hardcore mind-blowing musicians, and genuine rock prophets, but they are our brother band.  It's been a long time since we've played together, too, so prepare to be blown out of your comfy little rebellion and get hurled into the real deal.

Spigga is the bomb.  Their lead singer, Gio, works as a VJ on LATV Live & he must have learned a thing or 5, 'cuz their video for "Papa Knows" is the best one I've seen from ANYONE in a long while.  You can watch it on their web site & get acquainted with the magic.  www.spigga.com

This party will take place at our freaky flop house:
5029 York Blvd.  Los Angeles, CA 90042 (above the 99cents store)
$7 - all ages
Doors - 8:30
Music - circa 10:30

June 7, 2011
Mondays, June 7th and 21st we will be joining Los Abandoned at The Echo to support their residency.  The shows will be FREE!  Apologies go out to the young & beautiful, as these shows are 21+.  Revolt, I say! Revolt! 1822 Sunset Blvd. in Echo Park.
